As we move toward Industry 4.0, image processing solutions are playing an increasingly important role in industrial recognition. We at the Roth Group frequently use image processing in industrial automation environments, and we know that we have a competent partner at our side in i-mation. Together, we showcased our collaboration at automatica 2018 in Munich and developed a recognition system for a robot’s pick-and-place operations. Our customers were able to compete against the robot in a fun, game-like setting.
