Summer Party in Billigheim: When Coworkers Become Family
Last Friday was the big day: Our employees gathered with their families—and that’s exactly what makes moments like these so special. Children cheering during soccer darts, soap bubbles floating in the air, a spontaneous soccer match—and right in the middle of it all: a team that achieves great things together every day.
There was plenty of fun and activity for our younger guests. To satisfy everyone’s hunger, there was a colorful cake buffet in the afternoon—and in the evening, we got to enjoy the varied buffet prepared by the Baker’s World team. This was accompanied by freshly tapped beer, refreshing summer spritzers, and conversations that we often don’t have time for in our day-to-day work. This is how we create what we stand for: true community.
Global Team: Summer Party in Saudi Arabia, Too
Two of our colleagues are currently working for ROTH in Saudi Arabia—far from home, but not forgotten.
Since they couldn’t celebrate on site, it was clear to us: They should have a summer party, too. ROTH quickly sponsored a small celebration for the two of them: a game of squash and dinner together—naturally with their colleague from the local partner company, who was warmly invited.
