What is Girls’ Day?
Girls’Day is a nationwide career and academic orientation day for girls. On this day, participating girls learn about professions or fields of study in which the proportion of women is less than 40 percent, such as in IT, the skilled trades, the natural sciences, and engineering.
The next Girls’ Day will take place on April 25, 2024 , and ROTH will be participating this year.
We warmly invite girls in 5th grade and above to get to know the ROTH Group “from the inside.” Through conversations with our female employees, they can ask questions and gain insight into our professional world through hands-on activities.
