Our Open House 2025
After intensive preparations, the big day finally arrived on July 4, 2025: Under bright sunshine, we were able to throw open our doors and celebrate our Open House.
Die Gründe für dieses Event waren vielfältig. Zum einen feierten wir gleich zwei Jubiläen: das 40‑jährige Bestehen unseres Ingenieurbüros im Jahr 2024 sowie das 40‑jährige Bestehen unserer ROTH + SCHODER GmbH im Jahr 2025.
On the other hand, the goal of this special day was to give everyone interested—customers, partners, neighbors, family, and friends—a comprehensive look at our full range of services. Because, as is so often the case, many people know us well in one area of our business—but don’t always realize the full extent of what we can do.
Our Open House provided the perfect opportunity to offer a glimpse behind the scenes, foster personal connections, and celebrate together.
Experience, Discover, Understand
Following the official welcome by management, the speech by our mayor, Mr. Diblik, and the presentation of certificates marking the company’s anniversaries by Cathleen Göthel, a representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), the morning was devoted entirely to discussions with our business partners. In a relaxed atmosphere, our employees gave tours of the various departments, explained processes, and presented various projects and exhibits.
This allowed our visitors not only to experience our areas of expertise and work processes up close, but also to talk with the team and get answers to their questions right on the spot.
A Day Full of Encounters
Already by mid-morning, a consistently positive and warm atmosphere prevailed throughout the entire grounds. Starting in the afternoon, families and friends began arriving on the grounds as well, filling it with life. The event turned into a cheerful staff party with plenty of opportunities for socializing.
For the younger guests, there was a play area with face painting and plenty of play equipment. For the adults, there were interesting insights, opportunities to chat, and—last but not least—the chance to try their hand at archery—capped off by a contest with summer-themed prizes.
And there was plenty of good food and drink to enjoy that day as well. Whether it was the warm hospitality and delicious cakes from the local carnival club, butter pretzels and fresh fruit, the two food trucks from near and far, or the ice cream truck late in the evening—no culinary wish went unfulfilled.

We were particularly pleased with the consistently positive feedback: satisfied customers, enthusiastic visitors, happy faces—exactly what we had hoped for. The Open House showed us once again just how valuable personal contact is and how much it helps to deepen trust, understanding, and a sense of connection.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this event through their planning, organization, and hard work—and, of course, to all the guests who made this day such a special experience.
